Job Summary

  • Role: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant (Techno-Functional)
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years
  • Core Focus: LMS Functional Configuration + SAP CPI / Integration Architecture

Key Responsibilities

  • LMS Configuration: Configuration of Learning entities and global parameters, assignment profiles, approval workflows, configuration of connectors, iContent server, OCN Integration.
  • Integration & CPI: Design, develop, and monitor integration flows (iFlows) via SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
  • System Connectivity: Integrate SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central (EC) and third-party vendor platforms.
  • API Management: Utilize OData and SOAP APIs for data replication and payload transformations.
  • Data & Content: Handling SCORM & AICC, online learning standards alongside user data migrations.
  • Support & Testing: Conduct Unit Testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and fix post-go-live bugs.
