Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics & Python Developer to support data-driven initiatives and mentor a development team. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Data Analytics, Amazon Bedrock, and Python-based application development, with hands-on experience in Flask and Django frameworks. The role requires both technical leadership and individual contributor capabilities to design, develop, and implement scalable analytics and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & AI Leadership

  • Design and implement advanced data analytics solutions to derive business insights and support decision-making.
  • Leverage Amazon Bedrock and related AI/ML services to build and integrate Generative AI solutions.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions for stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices in analytics, AI, and software development.
  • Support architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution recommendations.

Python Development

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python-based applications and APIs.
  • Build scalable web applications and backend services using Flask and Django frameworks.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and enterprise systems.
  • Implement secure, maintainable, and high-performance code following coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python Development.
  • Strong expertise in Flask and Django frameworks.
  • Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Generative AI solution development.
  • Strong understanding of Data Analytics concepts, data modeling, and data transformation.
  • Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Git-based version control systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.

Leadership Skills

  • Ability to mentor junior developers and analytics team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience leading technical discussions and providing architectural guidance.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Knowledge of AWS AI services and cloud-native application development.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • AWS certifications or equivalent cloud certifications are a plus.
