Job Summary
- Lead and support SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Configure and support SAP PP processes including:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Production Orders
- Repetitive Manufacturing
- Demand Management
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control
- Batch Management
- Configure and support SAP QM processes including:
- Quality Planning
- Inspection Planning
- Inspection Lots
- Quality Notifications
- Quality Certificates
- Vendor Quality Management
- In-Process and Final Inspection
- Conduct business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, process design, and solution recommendations.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and integration requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules including MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO.
- Support master data setup including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Characteristics, and Quality Master Data.
- Execute SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
- Conduct end-user training and maintain process and configuration documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management.
- Experience in MRP, Production Orders, Repetitive Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, and Production Execution.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
- Experience in Batch Management, Manufacturing Execution, and production support environments.
- Strong integration knowledge with MM, PM, SD, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project and support engagements.
- Ability to work closely with business users, manufacturing stakeholders, and technical teams.
