Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Own the technical deployment of Oracle Xstore POS to stores across multi-country rollout waves, with a primary focus on designing, building, and operating zero-touch deployment so that new and upgraded stores are provisioned, configured, and activated with minimal on-site effort.

The role covers deployment automation and packaging, store environment build, device and peripheral enablement, rollout execution, cutover, and hypercare support, working alongside Solution Architecture, QA, Integration, and Store Operations teams.

Skill Requirements

  • Hands-on deployment experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS:
  • Xstore Point of Service, XCenter/XOffice, Xenvironment, Xstore Mobile
  • Store database setup, replication, and data management
  • Proven experience delivering zero-touch / unattended deployment and automated store provisioning
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (shell, PowerShell, Python) with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git, Ansible)
  • Windows and Linux administration for POS and store server environments
