Job Summary
- Design, develop, and support EDI integrations between SAP and external trading partners.
- Configure and monitor EDI transactions using SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Process Orchestration, and middleware platforms.
- Implement and support SAP IDoc interfaces for inbound and outbound business processes.
- Collaborate with business users and trading partners to gather requirements and design EDI integration solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot EDI communication channels, partner profiles, ports, and message processing.
- Work on end-to-end B2B integration scenarios involving:
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Logistics Providers
- 3PL Partners
- E-commerce Platforms
- Support common EDI transactions such as:
- Purchase Orders
- Order Acknowledgements
- Advance Ship Notices (ASN)
- Invoices
- Inventory Transactions
- Shipping Notifications
- Perform IDoc monitoring, queue monitoring, interface monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Work with functional teams across SD, MM, WM/EWM, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless integration.
- Prepare technical documentation, mapping specifications, test plans, and operational procedures.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support activities.

Skill Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP Integration and EDI experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SAP EDI
- SAP IDocs
- ALE
- SAP PI/PO
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- SAP Process Orchestration
- Experience configuring and supporting:
- IDoc Interfaces
- EDI Transactions
- RFC/BAPI Integrations
- SOAP Services
- REST APIs
- SFTP/File Integrations
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, message mapping, and integration design patterns
- Experience with B2B integration scenarios and partner onboarding.
- Hands-on experience in monitoring and resolving production issues across EDI and integration platforms.
- Understanding of SAP business processes in Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance areas.
Other Requirements
- SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI Certification.
- Experience with SAP B2B Add-On and EDI partner management.
- Experience with APIs, Integration Advisor, API Management, and cloud integration platforms.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration and PI/PO to CPI transformation programs.
- Experience working in global implementation and AMS support environments.
