Job Summary

  • Lead and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:
    • Inquiry & Quotation Management
    • Sales Order Processing
    • Delivery Processing & Shipping
    • Post Goods Issue (PGI)
    • Billing & Invoicing
    • Returns & Credit/Debit Memo Processing
    • Contracts & Scheduling Agreements
    • Consignment Processing
    • Intercompany Sales
    • Third-Party Order Processing
  • Configure enterprise structure, customer master, customer-material info records, partner determination, output determination, and sales document controls.
  • Design and maintain pricing procedures, condition records, access sequences, condition tables, rebates, and promotional pricing processes.
  • Support logistics execution, transportation processes, route determination, shipping point determination, and warehouse integration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend best-practice SAP solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, EDI, and IDOC developments.
  • Support data migration, testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT), cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.
  • Develop user training materials and conduct business process training sessions.

Skill Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience.
  • Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and SAP Sales & Distribution configuration.
  • Experience with:
    • Sales Order Management
    • Pricing & Billing
    • Delivery Processing
    • Credit Management
    • Returns Management
    • Logistics Execution (LE)
    • Customer Master Data Management
  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments. Subject: Immediate Availability – SAP SD Senior Consultant (17+ Years Experience)
  • Expertise in FSCM Credit Management, EDI/IDOC integrations, and third-party logistics (3PL) integrations. Subject: Immediate Availability – SAP SD Senior Consultant (17+ Years Experience)
  • Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and external applications.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project and support engagements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Other Requirements

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, Greenfield, Brownfield, or rollout projects.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics.
  • Experience with EDI, IDOCs, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Exposure to Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), or Advanced ATP (aATP).
  • SAP SD Certification preferred.
  • Experience working in global AMS and support delivery models.
