Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership, engineering expertise, and direction to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional technology groups to drive continuous delivery.
- Drive user story analysis and elaboration.
- Design and develop software applications.
- Test and build automation tools.
- Own architecture, design, and development of assigned applications.
- Perform hands-on software development and coding.
- Write API specifications.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs).
- Conduct code reviews.
- Perform testing during ongoing sprints.
- Drive consistent development practices, tools, and reusable components.
- Develop understanding of integrations with other systems and platforms.
- Work with technical product managers on blueprints and annual feature planning.
- Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies and address future challenges.
- Communicate solution designs with internal and external business partners.
