Job Summary

Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement and manage complex flows, process builders, triggers, and other advanced Salesforce automation tools.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Maintain and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, standards, and security protocols.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

 

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative features like flows, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
Proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems (REST, SOAP APIs).
Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code).
Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira or Trello.
Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
