Job Summary

Informatica IDMC Lead

Technical Leadership Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Informatica IDMC solutions. Architect and develop data integration, data quality, and governance solutions using: Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Cloud Application Integration (CAI) Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) Mass Ingestion Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) Establish integration architecture, development standards, and best practices for cloud data management initiatives. Perform solution reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to performance, scalability, and quality standards. Drive modernization and migration initiatives from Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, design discussions, and technical reviews. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation roadmaps. Manage stakeholder expectations, project communications, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities. Provide regular project status updates to customer and leadership teams. Project Delivery & Governance Lead project planning, effort estimation, delivery execution, and resource coordination. Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. Ensure timely delivery of milestones while meeting quality, security, and compliance requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, hypercare, and post-production support activities. Drive adherence to Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks. Data Integration & Data Management Design and implement enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions. Develop data profiling, cleansing, validation, and monitoring frameworks. Build integrations across enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA and cloud platforms. Implement data governance, metadata management, and cataloging solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills 8+ years of Informatica experience, including a minimum of 3+ years working with Informatica IDMC. Hands-on experience with: Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) Cloud Application Integration (CAI) Mass Ingestion Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) Strong expertise in ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and data integration architectures. Advanced SQL skills with experience across databases such as: Oracle SQL Server Snowflake PostgreSQL Experience with Linux scripting and shell automation. Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services. Experience working with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Leadership & Communication Skills Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and consulting skills. Proven experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models. Demonstrated ability to lead teams of developers, analysts, and technical consultants. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Informatica IDMC Certification. Experience migrating Informatica PowerCenter workloads to Informatica IDMC. Experience with: Snowflake Databricks Azure Data Factory Other modern cloud data platforms Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Domain experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing Healthcare & Life Sciences Banking & Financial Services Insurance Retail Nice to Have Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and release management. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM). Experience with enterprise data governance, metadata management, and data catalog solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
