Job Summary

Supplier Enablement Lead                
Experience: 5–8 years supplier onboarding programs              
Lead supplier onboarding across SLP and Business Network; manage campaign, training and KPIs.      
Key Responsibilities                  
·       Segment suppliers; define waves, communications, and success metrics; run webinars and clinics.    
·       Track pipeline, cycle time, first-transaction success; escalate risks and remove blockers.      
·       Hands-on knowledge of onboarding suppliers on SAP Business Network in Ariba projects.      
Knowledge & Skills Expected                
Domain:                      
·       Supplier change management, KYC/KYB checkpoints, tax/banking validations.        
Soft:                      
·       Stakeholder mgmt, vendor relations, persuasive communication.          
Key Deliverables                    
·       Enablement playbook; comms kit; weekly pipeline dashboard; supplier FAQs.
