Job Summary
We are looking for a senior Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical delivery. The candidate should have strong expertise across BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extract, Fast Formula, and OIC, along with the ability to guide technical design, integration approach, data migration strategy, issue resolution, and delivery quality across Oracle HCM Cloud engagements.
Required Skills
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components including:
o BI Publisher
o OTBI
o HDL
o HCM Extract
o Fast Formula
o OIC
• Basic understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and business processes. - Expertise: Core HR, Absence, Payroll ; good to have: OTL
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, security, workflows, and integration touchpoints.
• Experience in designing and supporting inbound and outbound integrations.
• Strong knowledge of data migration strategy, conversion planning, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with functional teams, client IT teams, and integration teams.
• Experience in technical design, code review, defect triage, performance tuning, and production support.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills.
Good to Have
• Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Experience leading technical workstreams in Oracle HCM Cloud programs.
• Knowledge of HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, security roles, approval workflows, and scheduling tools.
• Oracle Fusion Technical, OIC, or Oracle HCM Cloud certification.

• Work on technical design and development for Oracle Fusion HCM technical components.
• Design and build reports, analytics, and extracts using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Lead data migration activities using HDL, including data load strategy, templates, sequencing, validation, error handling, and reconciliation.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud — OIC.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex Fast Formulas across HCM processes.
• Define technical approach for reports, integrations, extracts, data conversion, and migration activities.
• Work with functional leads to understand business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Support integration strategy including interface design, source-target mapping, error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment planning, cutover support, hypercare, and production issue resolution.
• Review technical design documents, migration plans, test scripts, deployment checklists, and issue logs.
