Skill Summary

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
  • Expertise in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SFMC development best practices
  • Experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions
  • Strong understanding of SFMC data models and customer journey orchestration
  • Experience with solution design, technical implementation, and deployment
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support marketing automation solutions
  • Exposure to Salesforce Core integrations is preferred
  • Self-driven individual with accountability for delivery quality and timelines
  • Ability to leverage AI tools effectively to improve development efficiency and speed
