Salesforce Senior Developer
Key Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, aligned
with business requirements and defined platform architecture standards.
• Implement Salesforce capabilities in alignment with the solution architecture, including Apex, Lightning
Web Components, Flows, automation, security, data modelling, and reusable platform components.
• Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using
REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, asynchronous processing, and appropriate authentication,
monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Contribute to technical design, effort estimation, code reviews, developer guidance, troubleshooting, and
resolution of complex production issues under the overall direction of the Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Solution Architect, Product Owners, DevOps, QA, integration teams, and
other delivery teams to manage dependencies and deliver reliable end-to-end solutions.
• Support platform maintenance, performance optimization, technical debt reduction, release readiness,
deployment support, production stability, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce landscape.
Skill Requirements
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including experience working as a Senior
Salesforce Developer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including complex
configuration, automation, security, and custom development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events,
asynchronous processing, middleware integration, authentication, monitoring, error handling, and
integration design patterns.
• Strong development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, triggers, test
automation, bulkification, and Salesforce governor-limit management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud would be a plus..
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills, with experience in code reviews, technical
documentation, mentoring developers, and working across multiple teams in a shared Salesforce
environment.
