Job Summary

Experience: 08–10 years in CCM; minimum 8+ years hands-on with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, ICM)Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical delivery for CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire suite (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, ICM).Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and reusable templates.Develop and optimize batch and interactive communications; ensure scalability and performance.Implement ICM-based automation for deployments, version control, and environment management.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and operations teams for seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, and ICM.Proficiency in JaveScript/Groovy scripting, rules, fonts, barcodes, multilingual content.Knowledge of integration patterns (SFTP, Email, SMS, APIs, MQ/Kafka) and print streams (PDF/AFP/IPDS).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice-to-HaveExposure to Quadient Cloud.
