Key Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Prelude application components.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to patient access and registration workflows.
• Support patient registration, admission, discharge, transfer (ADT), and insurance verification processes.
• Participate in Epic implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and configuration documentation.
• Perform integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with Cadence, PB/HB, Grand Central, Bridges, and Reporting teams.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support go-live, hyper-care, and post-production stabilization activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Active Epic Prelude Certification.
• Strong understanding of Patient Access and Registration workflows.
• Experience in Epic application build, design, testing, and support.
• Knowledge of ADT, insurance verification, eligibility, and patient registration processes.
• Experience working within healthcare provider environments.
• Familiarity with Epic implementation methodology.
• Understanding of HL7 and healthcare interoperability concepts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic Cadence and Grand Central modules.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle workflows and patient financial clearance processes.
• Exposure to Epic Bridges, Reporting Workbench, and Radar.
• Experience supporting Epic upgrades and optimization projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards.
• Agile project experience.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.
• Active Epic Prelude Certification required.
