Job Summary
An RCA (Root Cause Analysis) QA Analyst investigates underlying system flaws, recurring defects, and process breakdowns rather than just logging surface-level errors.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into critical defects or operational failures using structured problem-solving frameworks like 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and FMEA.
• Drive CAPA Implementation: Formulate, execute, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure recurring issues do not happen again.
• Analyze Defect Data: Review test results, error logs, and metrics to spot systemic weaknesses, testing gaps, or communication flaws across teams.
• Process & Product Auditing: Audit current testing processes, workflows, and outputs to align with industry standards and internal quality goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) QA Lead oversees software quality assurance with a specific focus on investigating, tracking, and resolving systemic defects through root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Bridge the gap between standard defect detection and systemic process prevention.
• Core Goal: Drive the quality assurance lifecycle while leading post-mortem and root cause investigations for critical or recurring production bugs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and Process Excellence teams to eliminate testing gaps and refine development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead RCA Investigations: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for escaped defects, client comebacks, or major production incidents.
