Job Summary
The RPA / Power Automate Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service quality across the organisation. The role leverages Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps and related services, to automate business processes and deliver scalable digital solutions.
Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, solution architects, and support teams, the developer translates business requirements into reliable automation solutions while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, security, governance, and risk management standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, optimising existing workflows, and promoting automation best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Must have:
- 5+ Years of experience in RPA
- Led a project or support team in Tech Lead capacity.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, and Power Platform.
- Understanding of RPA concepts, process automation, and workflow design.
- Knowledge of APIs, connectors, data integration, and Microsoft ecosystem services.
- Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and supporting production automations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of Agile delivery practices, risk management, and governance frameworks.
