We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvement for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The consultant will support sales, service, marketing, and customer interaction processes while ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP CRM applications in a production support environment.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
Support CRM business processes including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center operations.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Configure and maintain SAP CRM functionalities based on business requirements.
Support change requests, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
Work closely with ABAP, Basis, Middleware, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Prepare functional specifications and support custom developments.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, KT documents, and knowledge articles.
Participate in release management, hypercare support, and major incident management.
