Job Summary

Experience in Kubernetes Platform Engineering, GitOps, Argo CD, Kargo, and Crossplane. Responsible for modernizing software delivery, implementing Git-based promotion workflows, enabling progressive delivery, automating deployment validation, and building self-service infrastructure provisioning capabilities across large-scale multi-cluster and multi-region Kubernetes environments. 

Must Have

  • Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Kubernetes Platform Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Deep expertise in Argo CD including Applications, ApplicationSets, AppProjects, Sync Waves, Health Checks, and GitOps deployment practices.
  • Proven experience implementing Kargo including Warehouses, Freight, Stages, Promotion Tasks, ClusterPromotionTasks, and Git-based promotion workflows.
  • Experience designing and implementing automated software promotion across Sandbox, Staging, Production Ready, and Production environments.
  • Strong expertise in Progressive Delivery practices including Canary, Blue-Green, and staged deployment strategies.
    • Hands-on experience implementing deployment validation, smoke tests, quality gates, Kargo Analysis Templates, and Argo Rollouts.
  • Deep expertise in Crossplane Compositions, Claims, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure provisioning.
  • Strong experience with Helm, Helmfile, Kustomize, OCI registries, and Kubernetes operator lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing multi-cluster and multi-region Kubernetes environments at scale.
  • Experience implementing Git-based stage branch promotion models and rendered manifest deployment patterns.
  • Strong understanding of release engineering, deployment orchestration, and software delivery lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Kyverno, External Secrets, IRSA, and cloud-native security controls.
  • Experience creating Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), operational runbooks, and platform engineering documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, automation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • Good to Have

    • Terragrunt and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
    • Go (Golang) development experience.
    • GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, and GitHub App integrations.
