Job Summary

Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for Teamcenter PLM implementation and transformation programs.Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, communication, training, and business readiness initiatives.Analyze change impacts across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.Develop and execute change management, training, and communication strategies to ensure smooth deployment.Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and technical teams to maximize solution adoption and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Perform stakeholder and change impact assessments.Create and execute communication and training plans.Manage user adoption, resistance management, and business readiness activities.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and end-user support.Track OCM KPIs and report adoption progress to leadership.

Skill Requirements

Teamcenter PLM implementation experience.Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise.Stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Training development, user engagement, and change adoption strategies.Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing business processes, with project management capabilities.
