Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

•    10+ years of related work experience providing test solutions, specializing in automation scripting and testing using TOSCA.
•    Assess and analyze customers’ problem statements and provide automated test solution of Teamcenter and/or Boeing PLM applications using TOSCA.
•    Meets with the customers to gather test requirements to create a test strategy, test plan to meet the goals and objectives of a solution.  
•    Develop test automation scripts, execute and report out the results.
•    Build a scalable and reusable frameworks/utilities/tools to enable continuous improvement and adapt to changes.
•    Work very closely with Functional users as well as development team to ensure adequate support for test automation and project releases.
•    Proficient in designing and executing automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca for web/mobile, and API testing (frameworks and tools - Tosca Commander and Tosca Execution List (EL))
•    Experience integrating Tosca with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins
•    Experience in testing complex workflows where data is exchanged between various types of enterprise applications, including windows native and web-based ones.
•    Hands on experience with Tosca reusable components, test case design best practices, and regression suite optimization for large programs.
•    Ability to design and execute automation aligns with process compliance, traceability, and audit readiness expectations.
•    Experience providing quality metrics, automation coverage, and execution reports suitable for customer reviews and release readiness discussions.
•    PLM exposure is plus 
•    AI Exposure - any of AWS Kiro, Codex, Claude, Python, etc. skills are plus
