Detailed JOB Description: Day to Day support on incident and tasks. Work with vendor to get any additional support . Work with customer and engage with customer on daily basis. |

• Overall 6+ years of experience |

• Hands-on experience in working with Order Management System (OMS) in Retail Supply Chain. |

• Willing to work in Evening/Night shift |

Required Skill: |

• Must have hands on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO). |
|
• Must have hands on experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF). |
|

• Analytical Ability coupled with attitude toward learning new things. |

• Must be benevolent and a good team player with good communication skills. |

• Good to have knowledge of Datadog. |
