Job Summary

Data Analyst with experience in Crop Insurance Data Modernization, specializing in Policy, Claims, Billing, APH Yield, Acreage, Premium, Subsidy, and Indemnity data domains. Skilled in data profiling, reconciliation, source-to-target mapping validation, business rule analysis, and data quality management across Guidewire and legacy insurance platforms. Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, and advanced Excel, with expertise in transforming complex crop insurance data into trusted, audit-ready data products, regulatory reports, and actionable business insights. Experienced in supporting data migration, SIT/UAT testing, KPI validation, data governance, and Single Source of Truth (SSOT) initiatives through close collaboration with business SMEs, data engineers, and reporting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret crop insurance policy, claims, billing, acreage, APH yield, premium, subsidy, and indemnity data from Guidewire and legacy CIMax systems. Define and validate source-to-target mappings, business rules, and canonical data models for Policy and Claims domains. Perform data profiling, reconciliation, variance analysis, and data quality validation to establish a trusted Single Source of Truth (SSOT). Collaborate with business SMEs, Guidewire teams, data engineers, and reporting teams to validate KPIs, regulatory reports, and dashboards. Support SIT/UAT activities, audit-ready reporting, lineage tracking, data governance, and RMA compliance while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability across modernized data platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
