Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Design, develop, optimize, and support large-scale data platforms, distributed database systems, and analytics solutions across relational and NoSQL ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Big Data and NoSQL database solutions using document, graph, and column-family databases.
  • Build and maintain scalable data engineering pipelines and database platforms.
  • Design, implement, and support relational and non-relational database systems.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for high-performance data processing and reporting.
  • Work with Big Data technologies such as HBase, Hive, BigTable, BigQuery, and GCP data services.
  • Create and maintain data models using tools such as ErStudio and ErWin.
  • Develop reporting and analytical solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Support OLTP and OLAP database environments.
  • Implement database administration best practices including replication, high availability, encryption, and disaster recovery.
  • Analyze and improve distributed system performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams following software development best practices.
  • Design infrastructure components and storage solutions to ensure optimal database performance and reliability.
  • Develop XML/JSON schemas and support data integration initiatives.
  • Support production databases through monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance activities.
