Job Summary

ETQ Reliance Senior Technical Lead or ETQ Technical Specialist designs, configures, and customizes Quality Management System (QMS) applications on the ETQ Reliance Platform

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture: Define and design the overall technical framework, server setups, and environment topologies (Dev, Test, Validation, UAT, and Production) for the ETQ Reliance platform. 
NextGen Migrations: Lead the strategic planning, gap assessment, and technical execution for migrating legacy ETQ configurations to ETQ Reliance NextGen (NXG) environments
Module Customization: Architect end-to-end setups for core modules including Document Control, CAPA, Nonconformance, Audits, Change Management, and Product Complaints
Platform Configuration: Build and modify workflows, custom forms, views, notifications, and security roles. 
Scripting & Customization: Write custom scripts (ETQ Script, Python, Java, or .NET) to handle complex configurations and business logic. 
Integrations & Data: Manage internal/external system integrations, scheduled jobs, and data migrations in regulated environments. 
Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, execute validation scripts (IQ/OQ), troubleshoot production issues, and support software release promotions
Custom Customization: Oversee and review script development utilizing ETQScript (Python-based business logic) to automate advanced workflows, form inheritance, and data validations
Workflow Automation: Utilize the codeless Designer and drag-and-drop tools to construct highly scalable, complex routing matrices, notifications, and escalation paths
Database & Integrity: Optimize relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake) and write complex queries and stored procedures to handle high-volume transactional data
Compliance & Validation: Ensure the entire digital landscape complies with internal quality frameworks, IT security baselines, and data privacy mandates

Skill Requirements

Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 10 to 12+ years of software development or QMS platform experience, ideally in regulated industries like life sciences or pharmaceuticals
Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and programming languages like Python and Java. 
Platform Knowledge: Hands-on expertise with ETQ Reliance modules, access control, and reporting tools.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
