Job Summary
Full Stack Developer – C# / .NET (Quality & Testing Focus) We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong C# and .NET experience and a clear focus on testing and quality to join a team responsible for systems handling part number setup and lifecycle management within an automotive environment. The team builds business-critical applications that support product configuration, manufacturing, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with API and integration testing, contributes to test automation, and brings an end-to-end quality mindset throughout the development lifecycle. Beyond automated tests, the role values exploratory testing, curiosity, and the ability to proactively identify risks and improvement areas. The developer acts as a quality advocate within the team and may take a test leadership role for features or releases. Practical use of AI-assisted development and testing tools is beneficial. We are seeking someone proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, who thrives in a high-delivery environment, takes ownership of quality, and brings curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset to both engineering and testing practices. Key skills: C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core) and REST API development Exploratory testing and risk-based testing Test leadership: shaping test approach and influencing team quality Experience with test automation frameworks/tools, including API, integration, system, and UI automation tests CI/CD pipelines with automated tests Databases: SQL Server / PostgreSQL, exposure to Azure Cosmos DB Familiarity with Azure security and identity concepts (e.g. Entra ID) Basic familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
