Job Summary
The Onshore Epic Willow Inpatient Senior Analyst / Lead serves as the principal technical subject matter expert (SME) and operational liaison for inpatient pharmacy systems, clinical medication management, and medication safety IT initiatives. Positioned onshore, this individual leads system design, formulary build, order set configuration, automated dispensing interface integration, and clinical decision support. They collaborate directly with Chief Pharmacy Officers, Clinical Pharmacy Directors, Nursing Leadership, Informatics, and offshore build teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant medication workflows across acute care settings. 
Key Responsibilities
Client Alignment & Pharmacy Leadership
Serve as the primary onshore technical point of contact for Pharmacy Operations Leadership, Director of Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy Specialists, and Nursing Informatics.
Translate regulatory requirements (ISMP, Joint Commission, DEA, Board of Pharmacy), hospital formulary decisions, and medication safety guidelines into Epic system configurations.
Lead workflow optimization, order set design, and clinical advisory sessions across inpatient, ICU, emergency, and specialty care areas. 
System Design, Build & Integration
Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient (Rx) applications. 
Configure medication master files (ERX), dispense logic, dispense prep/pack, dose rounding rules, charging methodologies, and NDC mapping.
Build and maintain orderable records, preference lists, Order Sets (SmartSets), clinical decision support alerts (Willow CDS), and order transmittal rules.
Oversee technical interfaces and integration with Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs, e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell), IV robotics, smart infusion pumps (BD Alaris, Baxter), carousel systems, and packagers.
Manage tight clinical cross-module integration with ClinDoc (MAR), ASAP (ED), OpTime (OR), Stork (OB), Beacon (Oncology), Orders, and Resolute HB for medication charge capture.Job Summary

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
