Job Summary

Job Summary The Onshore Epic Beacon Senior Analyst / Lead acts as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) and operational liaison for medical oncology, hematology, and infusion center IT operations. Positioned onshore, this individual leads system design, chemotherapy treatment plan construction, staging forms, complex dosing logic, and oncology clinical decision support. They collaborate directly with Medical Oncologists, Chief Medical Officers, Infusion Pharmacy Leads, Nursing Directors, Research Teams, and offshore configuration resources to deliver safe, compliant, and high-efficiency cancer care workflows. Key Responsibilities Client Alignment & Oncology Leadership Serve as the primary onshore technical liaison for Medical Directors, Clinical Oncologists, Hematologists, Infusion Nurse Managers, and Oncology Pharmacy Leads. Translate National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines, clinical trial protocols, ASCO safety standards, and institutional regimens into system specifications. Lead workflow validation, treatment plan approval processes, and clinical advisory sessions across inpatient and outpatient oncology environments. System Design, Build & Integration Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Beacon Oncology (Inpatient and Outpatient) applications. Configure treatment plans, protocol/regimen master files, cycle-based treatment plans, supportive care orders, and multi-day therapy scheduling rules. Configure advanced oncology dosing logic, including BSA (Body Surface Area) rounding rules, AUC (Area Under Curve) calculations, dose reduction rules, lifetime cumulative dose tracking, and lab-based parameters. Build and maintain clinical flowsheets, staging forms (AJCC/TNM staging), toxicity documentation, and clinical trial protocol tracking. Manage clinical cross-module integration with Willow Inpatient/Ambulatory (chemotherapy dispense & admixture logic), EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cadence (infusion chair scheduling), Orders, and Resolute HB/PB for oncology charge capture. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
