Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Generative AI & Agentic AI Engineer with practical experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered business solutions. The ideal candidate should have worked on GenAI-based applications, AI Agents, Agentic workflows, and enterprise AI use cases leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role focuses on building intelligent applications and AI agents that automate business processes, improve productivity, and enhance user experience

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop GenAI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks.
  • Build and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows involving multiple AI agents.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge management.
  • Create AI assistants, copilots, and task automation agents for business operations.
  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows.
  • Design prompts, guardrails, and evaluation mechanisms to improve AI outputs.
  • Conduct experimentation and rapid prototyping of new GenAI use cases.
  • Implement Responsible AI practices, including governance, privacy, and explainability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities.
  • Monitor and continuously improve AI application performance and user adoption.
