Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing end‑to‑end technical solutions across modern cloud‑native, containerized, and AI‑enabled platforms. This role requires strong architectural ownership, deep hands‑on expertise in .NET/Python and Azure, and the ability to guide engineering teams from solution conception through production and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for scalable, secure, and high‑performance systems built on C#/.NET and Python
  • Design cloud‑native architectures leveraging Azure services, microservices, and event‑driven patterns
  • Define reference architectures, design standards, and best practices across platforms and teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution blueprints, and design documents

Cloud & Platform Engineering

  • Architect, deploy, and optimize solutions on Microsoft Azure, including AKS / Azure Container Apps
  • Define containerization, orchestration, and runtime strategies for enterprise workloads
  • Guide teams on Azure networking, security, identity, and scalability patterns
  • Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud‑native architectures

 

Technical Leadership & Governance

  • Lead architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and code reviews
  • Provide technical direction to onsite/offshore engineering teams
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex design and integration challenges
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and architectural standards

AI & Innovation

  • Contribute to AI‑assisted and AI‑enabled solution design, including LLM‑based features where applicable
  • Guide integration of AI/ML services into existing platforms responsibly and securely

Drive intelligent automation, including AI‑assisted testing, diagnostics, and failure analysis

Skill Requirements

  • Identity & security architecture experience with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
  • Experience designing data, analytics, and reporting platforms
  • Frontend architecture exposure using React or Angular
  • Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
  • Experience with AI/ML or AI‑assisted product development
  • Azure data services exposure: Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory

Other Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
  • Strong hands‑on background in C#/.NET and/or Python (both preferred)
  • Proven experience designing backend services, APIs, and microservices architectures
  • Deep practical experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Strong expertise in containerized architectures (AKS, Azure Container Apps, Docker)
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices
  • Ability to own architecture decisions and drive solutions independently
