Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle of Java-based applications, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Your primary focus will be building high-quality, scalable backend services and integrating them with frontend components.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Core Logic: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
  • Build Microservices: Create and implement high-performance RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
  • Manage Databases: Ensure optimal database performance by writing efficient queries and managing data models in relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
  • Optimize Performance: Identify bottlenecks, debug production issues, and optimize application speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate Daily: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps, to deliver software updates.
  • Automate & Deploy: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
