Job Summary

We are looking for Python experienced resource to be part of our customer team to work on automations

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, and technical leadership.
  • Proven experience delivering backend and distributed systems in enterprise environments.
  • Experience owning components from design through production support.
Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Python programming.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django ORM.
  • Expertise in designing and developing REST APIs.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database design, development, and optimization.
  • Experience building cloud-native applications and microservices.
  • Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift/Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
Process & Tools
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
  • SAFe framework knowledge.
  • GitLab and CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development practices and Agentic SDLC concepts.

Skill Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in software architecture and solution design.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment models.
  • Knowledge of security, scalability, observability, and reliability engineering principles.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience with AI-enabled engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.
