Job Summary
6-9 years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:
•
Bachelor Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required.
•
Hands-on knowledge of Vert.x.
•
Expertise in Core java concepts like object oriented programming, data structures and algorithms.
•
Experience with object-oriented design and coding with variety of languages.
•
Knowledge of code quality parameters and GIT branching concepts.
•
Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods.
•
Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing.
•
Expertise with building RESTful APIs.
•
Thorough understanding of JSON, Web Service technologies, and data structure fundamentals.
•
Knowledge of Automated testing concepts using Selenium, REST Assured, Cucumber and CI/CD concepts with and exposure to tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GIT.
•
Experience using NoSQL databases and distributed messaging systems such as Redis, Kafka, Couchbase in the context of low latency and high transaction volume systems.
