Job Summary

The EDA SharePoint site (internal) is to be seen as the trusted front door for Enterprise Data Analytics in the company.

The site should cover all applications and platforms in the EDA Portfolio, data architecture and flows for key platforms.
We need a contractor to design and build the modern experience and own front-end quality, from layout and branding to performance and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Home page: executive- and team-facing, with KPI tiles, strategic priority cards, EDA vision, mission and objectives and AI & innovation section
• Navigation and templates: simplified hub navigation and reusable, responsive page templates with owner, status and last-reviewed metadata per application
• Access design and security: design and implement the access model, covering site and page permissions, Entra groups, audience targeting (Applications and Platforms visible to EDA and Business; Architecture and Collaboration visible to EDA only) and security trimming where needed
• Directory and quick links: team directory by skill/capability; team profile with contacts, work hours and leave calender
• Quality and handover: SPFx web parts where needed; responsive, Teams-ready, documentation, source code and owner training

Skill Requirements

• 5+ years on SharePoint Online / M365; 2+ modern intranet or knowledge-hub sites delivered
• SharePoint: modern pages, hub sites, navigation, content types, metadata, audience targeting
• SPFx web parts and extensions (TypeScript, React)
• HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Fluent UI, responsive design
• Access and security design: SharePoint permissions, Entra groups, audience targeting vs security trimming, least-privilege
