We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant to provide application support, enhancements, configuration, and continuous improvement of warehouse management processes. The consultant will work closely with business users, support teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations and system stability.

The role is suitable for AMS, managed services, production support, rollout, and enhancement projects. References to SAP EWM functional consulting roles are present in enterprise SAP staffing and AMS documents. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM applications.
• Resolve icidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.
• Configure and support SAP EWM processes based on business requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support change requests, enhancements, and small projects.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams.
• Support warehouse process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in CAB reviews and release management activities.
