Job Summary

We are looking for an EDI / TrustedLink Enterprise (TLE) Support Consultant with hands-on experience in TLE, EDI mapping, trading partner configuration, and communication protocols. The role involves application support, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and day-to-day operational support in an onsite/offshore model.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Trading Partners in TrustedLink Enterprise (TLE).Set up and troubleshoot communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTPS, and OFTP.Analyze TLE/EDI mappings and perform root cause analysis for mapping and transaction failures.Troubleshoot EDI transactions based on ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.Respond to incidents and event-driven alerts using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.Perform root cause analysis for application/system errors and implement appropriate corrective actions.Work closely with application technical teams on day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and production support.Monitor interfaces and resolve issues related to EDI processing and partner communication.

Skill Requirements

Must Have

  • Hands-on experience with TrustedLink Enterprise (TLE) EDI tool.
  • Experience in Trading Partner setup and configuration.
  • Experience with AS2, SFTP, FTPS, and OFTP communication protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI standards.
  • Experience in EDI/TLE mapping analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.

Good to Have

  • EDI platform administration experience.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Boomi, IBM Sterling, or similar integration platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B/EDI integrations.
