Job Summary
SAP ABAP S4 HANA - SAP ABAP on S/4HANA Consultant to design, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions for our SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean, high-performance ABAP and cloud-ready extensions.
Key Responsibilities
SAP ABAP S4 HANA - • Technical Design & Delivery: Own the end-to-end technical design, architecture, and coding of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects in SAP S/4HANA.
• S/4HANA Core Skills: Leverage ABAP 7.5+ syntax, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS), and Code-to-Data pushdown techniques (AMDP, CDS views, and Table Functions).
• APIs & Modern Frameworks: Build and consume OData services (V2/V4) and REST/SOAP APIs, utilizing the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and/or SAP BTP ABAP Environment (Steampunk) where applicable.
• Fiori / UI5 Integration: Support custom SAP Fiori / SAP UI5 application development, troubleshooting, and Fiori Launchpad extensions.
• Performance & Quality: Perform code optimization, database tuning, and quality checks using ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) and ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse.
• Clean Core Strategy: Align custom developments with SAP’s Clean Core guidelines, utilizing in-app/side-by-side extensibility via SAP BTP.
Skill Requirements
SAP ABAP S4 HANA - • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, with a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Database & Modeling: Strong proficiency in Core Data Services (CDS Views), AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), and Extended Open SQL.
