Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Next.js Developer with 7+ years of experience in web application development and strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and React.js.Build responsive and reusable UI components using modern frontend frameworks.Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API integrations.Optimize application performance, accessibility, SEO, and user experience.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners.Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Follow Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint ceremonies.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills7+ years of software development experience.6+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Experience with Redux, React Query, Context API, or similar state management tools.Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design.Experience with REST APIs and JSON.Good understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and frontend performance optimization.Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins.Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Other Requirements

Preferred SkillsExperience with Node.js and API development.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or OCI.Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to enterprise applications in Manufacturing, SCM, ERP, or Retail domains.
