Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Project Overview
Provide expert guidance and execution support for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) migrations, ensuring smooth transition of SAP workloads to target environments. Act as a trusted advisor for migration strategy, planning, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead migration assessments and define strategy for SAP ECS workloads.
•    Advise on technical architecture, sizing, and compliance for cloud migrations.
•    Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
•    Oversee execution of migration waves, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
•    Provide cutover planning, validation, and post-migration support.
•    Document processes, lessons learned, and create reusable migration templates.

Required Skills
•    Strong experience in SAP ECS migration projects.
•    Expertise in SAP Basis, HANA, and NetWeaver components.
•    Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hyperscaler integration.
•    Familiarity with migration tools (SUM, DMO, SAP Migration Cockpit).
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•    SAP certification in Cloud or Migration.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
