Local to Japan fluent in Japanese.
Responsible AI Certification: “Responsible AI: Applying AI Principles with Google Cloud”
Ability to explain core Responsible AI concepts
GCP Foundations with ability to explain SAIF (Secure AI Framework)
Workshop facilitation & brainstorming experience (especially on RAI topics)
Strong time management for effective workshops (Japanese understanding preferred)
Documentation & organization skills to produce clear final deliverables
Secondary Skills (Good‑to‑Have)
Basic AI / Responsible AI knowledge
Model Armor practical knowledge or implementation experience
Knowledge of GCP security products (Org Policy, VPC‑SC, DLP)
Strong conceptual communication skills (explaining abstract ideas clearly)
Local to Japan fluent in Japanese.
Must-have Skills (pre-requisite) :
○ Responsible AI Certification: Completion of the course "Responsible AI:
Applying AI Principles with Google Cloud" is required to explain the core
concepts.
● Optional Skills:
○ Basic AI Knowledge: General knowledge of Responsible AI. (Candidates can
supplement this by watching existing recordings during preparation).
○ Model Armor Expertise: Practical knowledge and implementation experience
with Model Armor to explain specific security measures for AI models.
2. Infra Related
● Must-have Skills:
○ GCP Foundations: Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is
required to explain SAIF (Secure AI Framework).
● Optional Skills:
○ GCP Security Products: Knowledge of specific security-related products such
as Organization Policy, VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC), and Data Loss
Prevention (DLP). (Knowledge gaps can be filled by watching provided
recordings).
3. General
● Must-have Skills:
○ Time Management: Essential for facilitating workshops and brainstorming
sessions effectively. (in Japanese, just in case)
○ Documentation & Organization: Proven experience in organizing and
documenting complex information gathered during a workshop to create final
deliverables.
○ Facilitation Experience: Prior experience in leading brainstorming sessions..
Especially, for RAI (AI focusing topics), active brainstorming is a key driver for
successful delivery.
● Optional Skills:
○ Conceptual Communication: The ability to explain abstract concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
