Job Description – Python Developer (4+ Years Experience)
Position: Python Developer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Noida

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong skills in backend development, FastAPI, and microservices. The role involves building scalable REST APIs, working on distributed systems, and deploying cloud native applications on Azure/AWS.

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and maintain backend services/microservices using Python (FastAPI preferred).
•    Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend components.
•    Work on distributed systems, event-driven processes, and data pipelines.
•    Deploy and maintain services on Azure/AWS.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality, scalable solutions.
•    Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills
•    4+ years of hands-on experience with Python backend development.
•    Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
•    Experience with microservices architecture.
•    Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
•    Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker.
•    Experience with data pipelines/ETL is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
