Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for financial services clients, helping identify growth and transformation opportunities.

- Build senior-level relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Identify business opportunities across areas such as:
- banking transformation
- payments
- commercial banking
- risk and compliance
- digital modernization
- customer experience
- data and analytics
- platform transformation
- Support account planning, opportunity shaping, and deal development.
- Bring industry insights, market context, and client-specific recommendations to growth discussions.
- Collaborate with consulting, solutioning, delivery, and sales teams to position the right capabilities and offerings.
- Help define client pain points, strategic priorities, and roadmap-level recommendations.
- Participate in client workshops, advisory discussions, executive presentations, and solution conversations.
- Support proposal shaping, value articulation, and executive messaging for strategic pursuits.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and cross-sell / upsell areas within existing accounts.
- Track industry trends, competitive shifts, and regulatory changes relevant to financial services clients.
Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in financial services, preferably across banking, payments, capital markets, insurance, or risk and compliance.
- Strong background in growth advisory, consulting, account strategy, or account manager, client director roles.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of financial services business priorities, operating models, and transformation themes.
- Experience in driving strategic growth conversations and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect business needs with consulting, digital, technology, and transformation services.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support revenue growth and account development.
