Job Summary

Role SummaryThe Technical Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of .NET‑based healthcare solutions, combining strong technical expertise with delivery, stakeholder, and team management. The role requires hands‑on experience in C#/.NET full‑stack development, Azure DevOps (ADO), and healthcare domain or add‑ons, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and predictable delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end‑to‑end delivery of .NET full‑stack healthcare projectsPlan and execute delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologiesEnsure delivery commitments on scope, timeline, quality, and costProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to teamsReview designs, code quality, and ensure engineering best practicesDrive CI/CD, DevOps adoption using Azure DevOps (ADO)Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactivelyAct as primary client and stakeholder interfaceLead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional engineering teamsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA or equivalent)Technical SkillsBackend: C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Web APIFrontend: Angular / React / Blazor, JavaScript/TypeScriptDatabase: SQL ServerDevOps: Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines), GitCloud: Azure (preferred)Domain ExpertiseExperience delivering healthcare applications or healthcare add‑onsUnderstanding of healthcare workflows, data security, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
2. To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
