Job Summary

Application Development & Projects

· Lead requirements gathering, blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis for ALM processes in real estate transformation initiatives.

· Configure and extend SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Focused Build, Test Suite, Solution Documentation, Custom Code Management, Technical Monitoring) and SAP Cloud ALM (Implementation, Operations, Analytics & Business Process Monitoring).

· Design and implement SAP Cloud ALM setups for cloud/hybrid landscapes, including:

· Project & Requirements Management

· Agile/Activate methodology integration

· Test Management & Automation

· Change & Release Management

· Integration Monitoring, Job Monitoring, Health & Business Process Monitoring

· Support transitions/migration from SAP Solution Manager to Cloud ALM (roadmap planning, data migration, connectivity setup).

· Prepare functional/technical specifications for custom developments, integrations (e.g., with SAP S/4HANA, RE-FX, BTP, third-party tools), APIs, and extensions.

· Collaborate with ABAP, BTP, and integration teams on enhancements, automation, and Fiori/UI5 developments.

· Manage full project lifecycle: planning, configuration, testing (unit/integration/UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.

· Enable real estate-specific ALM scenarios (e.g., lease/project portfolio tracking, compliance workflows).

· Managed Services & Support

· Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and changes in SolMan/Cloud ALM environments (within SLAs).

· Perform proactive monitoring, alerting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for business processes and technical landscapes.

· Handle month-end/quarter-end support activities, system health checks, and optimization recommendations.

· Manage ongoing enhancements, patches, upgrades, and minor developments to align with evolving needs (e.g., new regulations, portfolio growth, cloud migrations).

· Ensure integration across SAP modules (S/4HANA, RE-FX, etc.) and non-SAP systems via Cloud ALM connectors.

· Drive continuous improvement, automation, and best-practice adoption (e.g., AI-driven insights in Cloud ALM).

· Compliance & Best Practices

Experience:

· 6–10+ years in SAP ALM, with hands-on expertise in both SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM.

· At least 3–5 years in real estate, property management, or large-scale enterprise projects (S/4HANA migrations, RISE with SAP preferred).

· Proven track record in application development (configurations, custom solutions) and managed services (operations, incident/change management).

· Experience with hybrid/cloud transitions and SAP Activate methodology.

· Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud ALM (highly desirable); SAP Solution Manager certifications; relevant S/4HANA or ALM credentials.

 

 

 

Essential Skills & Competencies

Technical:

· Deep configuration knowledge of SolMan (ChaRM, Focused Build, Monitoring) and Cloud ALM (full suite: Implementation, Operations, Analytics).

· Strong integration skills (SAP BTP, CPI, connectors, APIs).

· Familiarity with ABAP debugging, custom developments, and reporting (Analytics Cloud, embedded analytics).

· Knowledge of real estate processes (leases, projects, compliance) and integration with RE-FX.
