To conceptualize| design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.

Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Coupa to support and enhance our Application Managed Services (AMS) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in User Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Supplier Management (SIM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), along with the ability to troubleshoot integrations, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Troubleshoot and support integrations using APIs, cXML,sFTP and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Design and maintain integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems like Workday

Key Responsibilities

1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
2. To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
