Job Summary
1.Develop and implement AJO campaigns and customer journeys based on client requirements 2.Configure and test AJO Journeys to ensure accurate targeting, tracking, and messaging 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AJO with other marketing technologies 4.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AJO campaigns 5.Create documentation for AJO implementations and best practices 6.Build data models, as well as configure data schemas in AEP ensuring the proper mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes. 7.Implement Journey Optimizer features like journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages, and offers. 8.Create AJO Events, design email templates in AJO, create and delegate Email Subdomains, set up and define an IP warming strategy, create IP Pools. set up channel surfaces, perform IP warming activities in AJO. 9.Perform proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to AEP and AJO. This includes identifying and resolving data integration issues, ensuring proper data synchronization, and resolving system errors. 2. To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
