Job Summary

Lead end-to-end migration of Aigle PLM to Oracle PLM & PDH, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
Drive data migration, system integration, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications, providing regular status updates to leadership.
Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and successful go-live with post-migration stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
2. To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
