Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead the architecture, development, modernization, and delivery of cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Terraform, and GoLang, coupled with proven experience in technical leadership, people management, engineering excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires driving technology strategy, mentoring engineering teams, ensuring scalable solution delivery, and enabling cloud transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
2. To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
