Job Summary

Role Overview
Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, managing global delivery teams, governance, stakeholder alignment, risks, timelines, budget, quality, deployment, and business adoption across enterprise implementation initiatives.________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation programs.
•    Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, resources, RAID, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
•    Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, change, and hypercare teams.
•    Drive stakeholder alignment, solution validation, deployment readiness, PMO compliance, and business adoption.

•    16–20 years of IT/ERP delivery experience with 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
•    Strong SAP Activate, implementation lifecycle, governance, project planning, RAID, and executive reporting experience.
•    Experience managing onsite-offshore teams, system integrators, SAP consultants, and business stakeholders.
•    Strong knowledge of SAP testing, cutover, deployment, data migration, integrations, and hypercare.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

•    SAP ECC to S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition experience.
•    Exposure to SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, IBP, SAC, or Concur.
•    Manufacturing, multi-country, or global SAP deployment experience.
•    PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate Project Manager, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
