Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Job Description : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification.\\\\r\\\\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise programs.\\\\r\\\\nUnderstanding of DevOps and Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments and manage risks that impact team delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Track sprint progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance. Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders. Prepare and present project status updates and executive reports. Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote best practices.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities. Experience managing multiple Agile teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Other Requirements

Other Requirement : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification. Experience working in large-scale enterprise programs. Understanding of DevOps and Agile delivery practices.
